When I dosed my tank I didnt do the vigorous water changes. I threw it in and that was that. I think I did a water change 2 or 3 weeks later. I put in a bag of carbon probably a week after the treatment so I know it was the medication that did it. That coupled with the fact the white lines disappeared a day after adding the medication.
