Tanks have different times on cycling, it depends on how much cultured rock you have what sand you use and filtration. There are many things out there that can help you speed up the cycle process . I always use bagged sand that has culture bacteria in it and a few pieces of rock that have coral line algae on them and you can add spira to it , i do not. Then put a couple of fish in it like damsels. When they are alive for at least a month without any being dead you can start adding corals for beginners like polyps or mushrooms and see how it goes. That would be my advise but i am just getting back in the hobby after 15 years and things are a lot different.
