Hi. You need a way better pic then that. From what I can see is white on his body towards face. It could be, are there any on his fins? If its velvet its finer and would be dead in 24 to 48 hrs. U may need to get some copper, do a search on the forum how to treat there are different ways. That's why all fish should be put in QT first. GL
