I bought a Bubble Blaster 3000 Pump from PA probably 1 1/2 - 2 years ago. The volute is cracked around the outlet. To my knowledge it has never been dropped or suffered any abuse.

Great skimmer pump my only regret is that I wish that I would have gotten the step up and gotten a BB 5000.

My understanding is that they have pretty good guarantees. Is it covered by a guarantee? If so do I contact you at PA or who do I contact?
