I did SeaChem Reef when I had my 90 gallon system after dabbling in a friends "home made mix" that did more damage than was worth the savings....Currently I have a 24 gallon Nano and am using B-ionic sea water system... only because I can scale it out (with a scale not a cup measure) and have have had great luck with it....But I never has an issue with cost...more with quality!
