How can i feed my condy?

so i bought a Condy yesterday because they were cheap, however i then realized that they dont host clowns (which sucks but oh well) anyways he was at top of a rock and has since started moving behind it.. now this morning im looking for him because i plan to feed him today, he is under a rock so how am i supposed to feed him now??

Mine did the same thing when I bought it this week and the next
day crawled under a rock and is dying. I fed it a piece of
mysis shrimp and it still hasn't improved.

What a waste of $8.
