My Skimmer arriving. The build quality is AMAZING. you can see where the $$$$ go. Started skimming staight away. I just used some NSW from the bottom of my 220L container. must have some old pickle juice in there cuz the skimmer went nuts.

The other cool thing is the skimmer is so bloody quiet.

Sorry, been slack/poor :-D

My wife has gone back to study full time so we are one a single wage. I have how ever been building my equipment list.

I finally yesterday got off my *** and went over to see dennison and my tank. First time i'd seen it. Just need the overflow and its done.

I bought some new stuff

Flow;
Tunze 6105
Tunze Controller
Tunuze 6125
Tunze nano
Tunze osmolator

My ATI powermodule arrive

I Also built a stand for my frag tank. Gloss white. Still need to cover the main sump stand.

I'm building a matching T5 hanging hood for the frag tank

Have got ALL my plumbing and FIP DUBV's

Excuse the mess. Here is a FW test of the frag tank and sump

Thats about it for now. Need to get a bulider in to check the floor strength but looking at getting the tank in about a month.

Hey Aaron I remember you asking me about substrate just after I set my tank up last year.. If I could do it all over again I would go with a company called tropic Eden (Reeflakes)... This stiff looks awesome and not a lot of rinsing is needed. You can also get it live or dry. Here is a link where you can check it out.. Maybe you can see if it's available Down Under

Can't wait to see everything hooked up and running. If you don't mind , could you post some vids of the PM at 25%,50%, 75% and 100% once you've got it going? I've got my 10 bulb on pre-order for a 60x30x20 tank. The wait is killing me.
