can't read the magazine?

I have having trouble reading the new issues of the magazine. When I click to read it, the link just goes back to the TOTM. The TOTM is great and all, but I want to read the actual issue of the magazine and it won't let me

I don't think they do the magazine anymore.. or at least I haven't found a way to do it.. all I see are ToTM articles
