What lengths do you carry in 4" wide drilled & tapped? Need at least 10" long (12 led)

We found the 4" wide limited on thermal management for most reef applications and do not offer a drilled and tapped version. That said www.heatsinkusa.com has them and a 3/32 drill with our #4 self tapping screws will work with well with the BJB solderless connectors. Bill

So do you recomend a 6" wide heatsink for 14 led?. Can this be done without a fan?

The Fan is highly recommended as it dramatically cools the heatsink and the cooler your LEDs are the longer they will last. Bill
