Ordered 45-50lbs got 38lbs..5 days no response to messages
Hello i ordered 45-50lbs of live rock from this website and the shipping weight at Fedex was 38lbs and i got the same weight when it arrived. This was 5 days ago and messages i left immediatly after package arrived have not been answered.
Called on multiple days and used all options and have not heard a human voice. I want my other 10 lbs of live rock. Not credit because around here 10 lbs is $100 |

So this morning they did return the phone call. The woman was very pleasant and they will be sending us 10 more lbs of live rock.
Even though slow on the response i'm very happy to soon receive the other 10lbs of live rock. Thanks |
