Clam ID Please
I was told that this is a Maxima when I purchased it but I was showing a pic to another different LFS and he tells me its a Crocea....can someone help me properly identify this guy?
By the way he is about 5" or so long. |

shell looks crocea ish, pattern looks maxi like. i'd say maxi though, as most croceas have worn through scutes completely

I guess the more important question is whether it's one or the other, do I need to care for it differently depending on which one it may be?

give it as much light as you can. acclimate it to yr lighting in about 2 weeks. croceas are a little more demanding of PAR, but what kind of sun do you have?
