Sweet tank! Is that a fuge on the back of the tank?

It's a small Aquafuge. I've got some lr rubble and chaeto in it...hope i can keep a sufficient 'pod population for a pair of mandarins in the future. Also, the chaeto for nutrient management and pH stability.

Very nice. The lighting is a neat touch over the mini. Pretty amazing
features for a light on an aquarium. Look forward to this filling in.
Elos tanks are so cool looking.

Some Updated Pics!

I've got the Bubble Magus up and running and the 'fuge with an LED light strip. No new coral livestock but I got a Yellow Watchman Goby. I plan on doing some SPS shopping soon to get some stuff on top of my rock structure. Anyway, here we go:

He probably wants to know the brand. In many countries marca, mark, etc mean brand. Beautiful setup! Was just wondering the reasoning for the hob fuge when you have the bio chambers below. I've never seen an hob on a mini or midi and it's interesting to see. Thanks, Art

Thanks for the reply Art! I went with the HOB fuge to get a bit more bang for my buck, since I'm not so sure the small bio-chambers have sufficient size or water flow to be of much use. Also, with the black cover that comes with the sump, lighting them for growing algae would be problematic and part of my goal is to grow some 'pods which obviously wouldn't make it up the return pump alive to be of much use. The HOB seems to be working well. Regarding your user name, are you in LE in Ireland?

My username is totally random. When gmail launched it was available and easy, so I use it for my forum ids and iPhone apps I make. And yes, I totally agree. I'd love to have a bigger fuge on my mini as well but it wouldn't be aesthetically pleasing as my tank is viewed from all 4 sides.

Love your dosing setup hehe. Do the bottles get in the way of the lid?

Nope, I just remove the skimmer cup, lift it up an inch or so and slide it out to get to the sump.

Wow, it's come a long way! I'm still waffling back and forth between the Midi and the Concept 80. Hopefully, I can swing my landlords to allow a few more gallons so I can get a System 70. I don't even have time to set up a new tank until the beginning of the year. Work is always insane through the fall and early winter *sigh*

Beautiful tank! Is you Pygmy Angel behaving or is it nipping at any of your corals?
