Can I get status on order #100014605 from Mar 26th

Hi,

You sent about half the order but nothing else. Do you have tracking numbers for all the Bubble Magus, Octopus, Fauna Marina, Ocean Nutrition, Flat worm stop that didn't come.

The only problems we are having is getting SOME our inventory from suppliers in a timely manor. My feeling is that the busy season was much busier than some manufactures anticipated and some of them are having trouble filling our stock orders. Keith, I just emailed over for the Bubble Magus tracking and I had the wrong info for you. They are actually still backordered on those units for about two more weeks. Do you want to talk with Scott about a different option since I know you are needing to get this set up?

I'm missing a bunch of stuff still. Fauna Marin, Zeovit Flatworm, Octopus MF1000, plumbing couplings,bubble magus stuff,reef frag station 10, etc...

How has all of that been on Backorder for so long from different companies? It's been 5 1/2 weeks since i ordered. Your prices are great... but saving $40 on a $750 order and having to go through this can't make sense.

I have the flatworm stop but I'm showing the frag station as shipping with the ocean nutrition on 4/10. I want to make sure I know exactly what you are missing so I can get it addressed for you.

The Flatworm will be going out tomorrow. I'll order in the fragstation for you. I only have the 5 station at the moment. That will be here early next week. The Bubble Magus is still on backorder as is the Fauna Marin. I'll need to issue a refund the couplings. I just spoke with Scott on those and the supplier we use is no longer available. I do have the Min F if that will work as a substitution for the Min S. We are completely out of the Organic. If you'd prefer a refund on those items, please just let me know. If you can, please PM us your phone number so Scott can help find a solution for the Bubble Magus. The number on your account is not working. Or if you prefer, please give him a call in the office at 803-788-4445.

Just cancel and refund everything that is still outstanding except for the Flatworm that your sending out today. I'll hold off on the 10 station unless you already ordered it for me. I tried calling and it kept going striaght to voicemail.
