Buying/selling Azoox livestock from fellow reefers

Can we do it in the subforum here? It is such a specialized market, and not many people sell them on the actually selling forum.

I'm guessing they won't like it because it will bypass the 90 day policy, for accessing the sales section but it would definitely be nice. I've never considered buying a nps from an online, private seller. I would from someone who regularly posts in a nps thread, however

Thats exactly my thinking. I know that people who post here actually take care of their corals. Where even online, and local fish stores dont properly feed or care for the animals. It makes it almost always somewhat of an "uphill" battle from the start

Definitely is that. It took every bit of 2 weeks for all my Dendros to open up enough to feed. I've purchased suns from experienced nps collectors that opened completely, the first night!

Exactly my point! If I ever choose to frag some of my stuff or want to buy someone else's, I would rather it be from a NPS fiends tank..

I would say we can start a thread in here, but make your actual sale posts in the classified section then post a link to the thread here. That way you still have to have the required posts/days, but it will still be made known to this little community.

Well, in our local "club" forum. southern california reefers people still post for sale stuff (the majority of our posts) and the 50/90 rule still applies, so I dont think that would be the reason we wouldnt be able to post them in here.

I say if mods dont say no, we should just try?

They allow some things in the local forums that aren't allowed in the main forums, that's why you see that happening. If you just try and post for sale stuff in here it will get shut down which is why I suggested having a thread in here which simply linked to the sale section to abide by the "house rules" and not get shut down.
