Full Spectrum

Question, Is Rapid planning on producing any retro kits that are full spectrum instead of just the blue and white options?

With any of our kits you can get any color combination that you want (at no extra charge), so instead of simply rb/cw you can get UV/rb/blue/nw/cw/red/etc. Simply let us know under "LED Color Ratio" or in the notes section when ordering. Please note not all LEDs will come with lenses (mainly the supplemental colors such as Cyan, Osram red, etc).

Depends on how much of a "full" spectrum you want. A lot of people do CW/NW/RB/Blue, but others also want the FULL spectrum so they'll add green/red/UV/etc. I have a BC29 with 20 LEDs (our old kits only had 20 LEDs in them) and I'm running 7 CW/8 RB/4 UV/1 Green. I really like the UV, but the green just gets washed out by the other LEDs so I'd recommend no less than 2 LEDs of any color.
