Interested in a SRO Calcium Reactor

Jeremy, or anyone else who can supply information....

Hi I recentley put on line a SRO XP3000 EXT skimmer and love it so....

Now that I am considering going from automatic dosing to a calcium reactor I am looking at the SRO Calcium reactors. The information I am looking for is the actual chamber sizes and volumes for both the double chamber and the multi chamber units.

I left a similar question with customer service through Coralvue's web site with out a response.

PS. Is there an online vendor that offers Reef Central or Manhattan Reefs discounts?

Sorry, I sent a request in to the manufacturer for further information regarding the individual media chamber sizes and their capacity but have not responded to my inquiry yet. The Standard SRO-CR5000D dual chamber reactor has two 7.9 inch bodies.

main chamber：Φ:8.7"； volume：3.1gal

chamber-1 Φ:2.7"；height：11.8" volume：0.6gal
chamber-2 Φ:2.7"； height：8.7" volume：0.5gal
chamber-3 Φ:2"； height：8.7" volume：0.15gal

RO-CR-5000

footprint：16"×11" / height：22.8"

For what size tanks are the dual chamber and multi chamber rated for?

Do they have built in bubble counters?

I went to coralvue's web site and could not find user manuals for these units, are they available?

The main chamber on the multi chamber unit is larger diameter than on the dual chamber?

The dual 8" chamber CR5000D can handle up tanks up to 1000gallons. The multi main chamber is about 9" and can handle 900 gallon range. IMO, you just utilize the PH better with the dual chamber unit.

Do they include Bubble Counters standard?

Are the manuals for these units available on-line?

Currently they only come with a diagram of how to assemble. If you would like me to send that over to you just shoot an email to [email protected]

Do the Super Reef Octopus Calcium reactors have a built in bubble counter?

I am sorry. Yes they all have bubble counters built into the reactor.
