I have a yellow watchman as well.Initially I had it paired with one candy cane pistol shrimp for 6 months.I added a second that eventually found the same burrow and was welcomed. One snapped a lot and one rarely snapped. They did alot of construction together everyday until...my spotted hawk performed a matrix manuever above the burrow and swallowed one whole! It swam out of netting range with a large claw snapping outside of its mouth.DAMN!

I have a randal's goby and tiger pistol pair along with a YWG and candy cane pistol in my 75g. They have both setup on opposite sides of the tank and I have had no issues with either pair.
