Stealth T5 HQI - Immediate Purchase

I am looking to purchase a "Stealth T5 8x54w + 2x250w HQI DE" for my Elos 160XL. I have a few questions:

1. I want the Arctic White to match my Elos stand. In the pictures, the Artice White looks to be an "off white" or "eggshell" color which is perfect. Is this true or is it a stark white?

2. Definitely want the Apex control kit. Does it dim all the T5s at once or is there a finer granularity?

3. Can I use Icecap electronic 250w ballasts with this unit?

4. The Elos 160xl is 63" long x 31.5" wide. I assume I would get plenty of coverage with this light. I am replacing my Elos Planet II which is 36" long, 2x250w HQI and 4x36w T5s. NOTE: I am also assuming the the 3x250 Stealth is too big for a 63" tank.

5. I assume that the overtank bracket will not accommodate a 63" tank. Is this true?

6. Does the hanging kit come with the light? How long is the kit? If I cannot use the over tank bracket, I have very high ceilings. What is the max length?

7. I am setting up my tank from scratch after relocating. How long will it take to get the unit? How does the custom color choice affect the delivery time?

Thanks in advance.........Wendell
