You'll need a lot of calcium addition. I wouldn't boost it more than 25-50 ppm per day.

How can I test the concentration level of the gal of solution for the Ca supp?
The doser is delivering @ the set rate according to calibration test.
I can't believe that the concentration is wrong. How could it be? It is a very easy thing to measure 2.5 cups to 3.78 Ltr

Well, assuming they sold you thre right things and you made it up as speciofied, it should be OK.

Have you used that calcium kit on some new salt water to see if it is reading correctly?

You can dilute the supplement with RO/DI and test with a calcium kit if you want. It should be about 36,000 ppm in calcium, so diluting one part supplement into 99 parts RO water should give about 360 ppm calcium.
