It's hard to tell from the picture. Head and lateral line erosion (HLLE) maybe?

thanks for the link...ive been feeding rods,pe mysis,and algea strips....is there anything else she is missing from her diet.....i hope its not from carbon

also,if i keep feeding her good and stick with 15% weekly waterchanges do you think itll get better on its own?

it looks like the normal facial freckles that blue tangs normally have, just spead out....ill try to get a better pic

could it be stings from a anemone? she likes my clownfish and sometimes they hang out together touching the anemone

does this look like hlle....i went a month of just feeding brine shrimp so maybe its nutrition issue....for the last few weeks ive been feeding rods,flake,pellets cyclops,mysis,and algea....i didnt give algea for a few months trying to get the tangs to eat the last little bit of bubble algea....so what do you think it is

should i just remove GAC and feed a diverse diet....will that heal her
