Another Nitrate Pro problem

First off wnat to say that I love the Red Sea test kits and their level of ease and accuracy. My problem though is with the Nitrate bottle A. As of recently it seems the seal around the tip where the clear plastic meets the bottle is erroding and allowing some of the solution to leak out the bottle while trying to put drops in the vial. Is this due to the nature of the chemical in it eating away the bonding material or is this from user error? And does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions would be helpful.
