Renew issues...

I noticed that the sensor inside my freshly made saltwater when low does not shut the renew off. i checked all the wires and connections.
there is a sensor inside the sump and other inside the bin. the one in the sump when low kills the water change but the one in the bin when low doesnt.
any thoughts?

Hi bnumair,

Please make sure your RENEW™ is set to operate in either "Advanced," "Pro Standard," or "Pro Abbreviated" mode. If it is operating in "Basic" mode it will not monitor this sensor or the sensor in your sump.

To learn how to select the operating mode, please see the following video:
http://youtu.be/rbQ71GKFxoU

If that doesn't fix the problem, please check to make sure the sensor is seated all the way back into the slot in the shroud, and that the shroud's lid does not make contact with the sensor, which would prevent it from moving.

ok thank you, i set it to PA mode as i use continueous water changes, under PA mode i can skip the standby stage while still monitoring the level sensors. all lights came up solid once i changed it from basic to PA so seems to me its working now.
Thanks
