I hear you, still looks cool. How about a shot of the lighting setup.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I know I only have a few corals but that's for a reason. I'm moving on the 1st so I need to take down the tank. Thankfully we found something really close, actually across the parking lot. But still it's a big deal. With careful planning it should be a piece of cake. I'm also ordering 3 AI Sol's in black. It should look sick, I'm pretty excited. I'm going to try to take lots of photos and document everything.

The tank looks great, does water go straight into your refugium?

not easy to light these cubes !
with 3 AI sol you should be good, keep us updated !

for my 93g I've found two solutions that I like : ATI powermodule 8x24w (T5HO) and Giesemann spectra 24" fixture (250w MH+ 4T5HO)

with this I get a nice rendition of colors and about 200 PAR in every corner on the bottom.
and how do you like your flow with two mp40 ? (I have one + a tunze 6055 blasting under the rockscape)

Amazing tank! your rock work is inspirational, I have been looking at buying this exact model, do you think a single 400w 20k metal halide will be enough light with those dimensions?

Looks awesome. Love the Spectra! The MP40s are great, my only complaint is the noise. One is pretty old, was an upgraded MP20. It's probably 3-4 years old. I'm considered going back to Nano streams on Vertex Mocean's

July update -
I removed the MP40s and replaced them with 2 x Tunze 6095. The noise of the Ecotechs was killing me. I re-plumbed everything to install an Iwaki pump. The goal was to be chillerless and I think I achieved that, the temp is between 78-79 with a 6" clip-on fan in the sump. One of my fug bulbs died so decide to play around with LED's so I built this. Looks like it will work just fine.

Looks good but the Mp40's shouldn't be loud. Was it just after you cleaned them? Once they build up a slime coating they are silent, at least mine are...
