Need a new tang...
Well I need to get rid of my purple tang. I put her in my 30 QT that my Wanatabei Angel is and well she bullied her out of her hiding spot into another one. Even after the Angel who is bigger b*tt slammed the tang into the wall and nipped its fins. The tang has some balls i tell you!!! I have options....
1) trade for a juvi chevron (peaceful) 2) trade/sell for a baby baby Salfin Desjardini (semi-aggressive) 3) sell and buy a different tang - suggestions? What do you guys suggest. I know the fish in my tank since i took the purple tang out are much much happier and swimming around. I need a tang and as much of a ***** my purple tang was..... she kept this stupid macro algae that escaped from my Sump under control and since she's been out, there has been a little growth and i don't want it to get to an explosion style

I do in fact LOVE that tang!!!! I jst want to make sure my tang is going to eat filamentous algae... I know the Zebrasoma Sp. do.... hence my a-hole purple tang (aggressive - fail impulse buy on my part!) and this baby (1.5") salfin desjardini (Zebrasoma tang - semi aggressive)

How much would you sell it for. I would love to get a purple tang. I already have a yellow & a smaller blue hippo in my 125. There are lots of places to hide. I was considering getting one & worried that the Yellow might beat it up.
Let me know what you think &* if you think it would probably work out how much would you sell her for. Frizz

I would not put a tang into a 72 gallon tank. I had a chevron tang that eventually grew too large to be in my old 75 gallon tank. It's just a matter of time.

Yes I know they will eventually out grow it and I plan on a bigger tank before they out grow the tank so its not really a concern of mine.

Having two sizable fish in that 30 gallon is most likely the cause of aggression.they need some elbow room

actually they get along rather well in the QT... After the initial I want your cave Mr. Wanatabei from Mr. Tang. Its a QT its a temporary holding tank, why would they need to be in a large 55gal + or something. They going to be in there for a month tops. Probably going to put the wanatabei in the DT on Friday this week and leave the tang in his time out zone unless i trade his *** to the curb for something else.
