So how was your experience? I just bought 8oz for my 38g, because I eventually want a seahorse and Mandarin. So I'm hoping that this seeds the tank for success.

Make sure to let lots of periphyton grow on your rocks; this is where the pods will multiply.

Very happy with their product. I just "reseeded" my 300 with 2 bottles of Tisbe and 1 bottle of each of the others pods.

Do yourself the favor of teaching it to eat prepared food and have a plan to send him some where more suitable. I have a Mandrin in my 27G w/ 10G sump and you could not keep a pod population in there if you dumped them in every day...I know I tried...I did manage to get him eatting mysis and cyclopeeze. I mixed the two in a dish and drop about 10 drops of garlic in and mix it all up. Then I built a rock cave for him to go to eventually he would hunt there all the time and I would turn off the pumps target feed the area heavily with the mixture where the other fish could not get to and he eventually took it. Over all took me about a month and half and about 15 - 20 bottles of tibse's pods to keep him going till he learned. That was my experience with trying to put a Mandrin in a small tank.
