What age/size do clowns need to be to breed?
I just purchased a new tank that came with a paired black and white female to a orange and white male. I don't know if they've ever spawned before, but I'm interested in breeding them. Can someone tell me if there's a certain age or size they need to be in order to spawn, or can they start spawning anytime once they are paired given ideal water conditions? The female is about 3 inches long and the male is about 2 inches long.
Also, does anyone know what the fry would look like with a black and white paired to a orange and white clown? Thanks! |
