Is it me? Digitalaquatics.com Site Problem.

For the last two days I have not been able to get on the digitalaquatics.com site once as it times out. Is it me or are others having the same problems?

Not just you. Been down 2 days. I tried to use myreef to rename some channels and that doesnt work either.

Their site is down hard. SOme issue at their hosting provider and the Database..they are working to get it back online. I am not sure of any further details than that.

MyReef is not dependent on their website ether than firmware update files if there are new ones..and there aren;t any. Build 78 is still current.

My new RKL with NET module will be here on Friday and was looking to their site for info... will keep checking back with them.

Really? I was getting some type of host errors. Unless i was connecting things wrong which i dont think i did. Rkl head unit and sid plugged into pc4 and only sid shows up in my reef.

MyReef isn't working for me either, I cannot open the program. I get the same errors.

I had no idea that the program was reliant on their site being up, that is kind of shitty.

Why would myreef not work, the software was downloaded to your computer so it should work independently from the DI website. Mine works just fine even the site was down 2 or 3 days ago.

Their software is not dependent on the website to run..If there is a host error on the front page (where news is displayed) it still does not stop the software from running.

I just got a RKE with Net and have an RKL with Net coming today, is there another source for downloading the MyReef software since I cannot access their sites??

I just found a note from Digital Aquatics on FaceBook:

I emailed them for the software, hopefully I will get it today.

Just got a reply a speedy reply from DA with both RKE/RKL user manuals and the Myreef software attached!

myreef wouldn't load so I uninstalled it and went to the page to DL it to find out the page is down. So like the others, myreef stopped working for me also with the site outage. strange.

I'm going to email them to see if I can get myreef unless someone has it uploaded elsewhere.

Ok, here it is for everyone. If you want to download MyReef 2.0 build 78 (the latest) I have posted it here until DA gets back online. They are changing hosting providers and working hard to get back online.
