is there a valve

that will open and let liquid pass through when a certain pressure build up inside the pipe?
I have a spectrapure system that will turn off electronically. However this only work in my fresh water reservoir bucket. A different bucket that is used for water change however, is installed with a float valve that will close when the water level rises. So if I can install a valve that make a "T" that has the purpose as I described above, I can utilize the machine automatic shut off feature.

We do not have any such three way type valve.
Sounds like you could use our LLC-M Multiple tank liquid level control:

.

It will do what you want: http://www.spectrapure.com/St_alc_p2.htm
