How to delete single entry in datalog (Temp or pH)

I would like to remove a few data points from my Apex controller data log.
The reason is that the Apex stored values during my last pH probe calibration, and the high values (10.0) from the calibration solution were saved in my data log. Now, when viewing the graph, the y-scale for pH is 11 instead of 8.5 or 9. I understand that in 7 days this will work itself out, but I am wondering if there is a way to either delete these data points, or edit them to more “benign” values?
Thanks!

You cannot do so. You can only delete an entire day's worth of probe data, using telnet.

Details of doing this are in the User Guide. See the sticky at the top of this subforum.
