Order problem and no response
Hi,
I have emialed you twice already about the Purchase Order 23791, and didnt receive any response. I never received confirmation of shipment of this order ... even though the invoice states (highlighted below) that I will received confirmation of shipment. Because of that the shipment sat in a mail room at the shipping address below and was not opened until today (July 6). Upon opening the shipment everything except the 10 of the nerite snails had died. Also the bag with blue crabs leaked and water drained out. And the smell!!! OMG Had I received shipment notification (as indicated I would) I would have looked for the package daily. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding how you will fix this because I am not happy that I lost almost $130 of merchandise. I have ordered from you before and was happy with it but now i am a little frustrated and you guys ignoring my emails are not helping. In my first two emailsto you i also have added my phone number if you would rather contact me via phone. Thank you |

Did you check your spam folder? I have always had quick responses to any inquiries/orders from John

I'd also suggest you check your SPAM filter. John and the whole gang at www.ReefCleaners.org do a phenomenal job and their customer service sets the bar HIGH for the other guys on the block.

I found the email now, check your inbox we sent two replies. The order shipped as scheduled and arrived on time. Sorry to hear it there was a problem with the pick up. We sent a response regarding fixing the problem on the 6th, if you did not get it please pm me your email address. We need an address that will work, and a time that you will be able to get the package etc.. most of it is private info.

Did you get the replies? Let me know. We will have to update your email address to the correct one so you are notified in the future, let me know that this one worked and I will use it. I do apologize that you didnt know we shipped and the box sat out because of the email issue. Had I known it was wrong I would have let you know sooner. It wasn't intentional.
