Talking So excited and yet a little upset

Well first i wanted to say that im upset at AI right now for delaying the new vega LED unit. I only have enough right now for the controller or lights. I wanted to make the light purchase first so i could trash my t5 lighting.

But on the other hand im sooooooo excited about the new profilux controller im about to purchase. I have been eye balling this system for some time now and i finally have enough to make a pack purchase along with a doser unit. Slowly but surely ill have the tank of my dreams. I look forward to hooking this thing up and having complete control over my tank. No more crawling into the stand to unplug stuff, no more dosing by hand, no more worries about another heater shorting out, and all kinds of other cool stuff!!!

but if my wife ask, the answer is i dunno.

I like the forum to be a fun place - you are right sometimes my fun posts are actually taken seriously and I can be direct - I hope not this time

Blame it on me being a Brit export, my humour was not forceably removed at Canada immigration - The Canadian immigration since have changed the policy however! Note worthy point was excluding me back into the country when i forgot my residency card.

Lmao, yea I would love to have them but man I just can't part with that much money, least not right now. But who is to say that I don't upgrade on down the road. I'm already going with extras with my order, dosing unit and power bar. Not to mention I want sensors and other things. Lol

indeed, all though i am nervous about dropping this much money down on this. But on the other hand I just don't know of a company that provides upgrade kits to keep you up to speed with the latest and greatest. You know how it is, you can buy the best computer and a week later there is a new one out that is faster and better. Least with this unit i can upgrade and upgrade. Im a firm believer you get what you pay for.

I think you're exactly right. That's a HUGE plus and just one of many for GHL products. I've had my ProfiLux for years and through upgrades it's just as capable and ready for today's new Features as it was the day it was made. Instead of selling an existing unit and buying a new one I simply upgraded.
