While you probably don't know the answer, Will the first shipment be enough to qty to satisfy all the pre-orders. I pre-ordered back mid June from another site that was going to drop ship so I assume that means it will be coming from you.

David,

The first shipment will not enough to satisfy all of the pre-orders, but we will be bringing in regular shipments every month to try and keep up with the demand.

The Mazarra S has been discontinued and will be replaced by the Mazarra X, which will be available in October.

I recommend 3 of the 120W (20.5") Razors. Please see the attached photos for a reference.

Hey Chris, About to place a pre-order at Marine Depot. Did not see the hanging kit listed yet. Do you have the part number? Thanks!

I "think" it can use some of the hanging stuff from the mazarra line. I remember reading that some where.

How about a 36" 65 gallon tank? Would one 27" be enough?

Will the first shipment of pre-odered Razors have enough or will their not be enough for the pre orders? If there is not enough quantity for the pre orders then how long will the people have to wait for the pre-orders?

Adam, that was his answer to me on the same question I just asked.

The first shipment will not be enough to satisfy all pre-orders.

Sounds like at least 1 month possibly more after the first shipment.

So, I wouldn't make any firm dates of when tank will be up and running if for a new tank. If for an upgrade, in the grand scheme of things really a months or two shouldn't matter much since we all have patience in this hobby right ?

Confirming the end of July for the arrival of the 160W 27" Razor. The 120W 20.5" version will follow about 4 weeks later.

The video posted on YouTube by SaltySupply shows the tank top mounting. The length of the legs on this mounting look like they are more than the 3.5" as shown on the CoralVue page http://coralvue.com/r420r-mounting/.

Chris, what is the height really going to be for the tank top mounting?

The actual height of the Razor with the mounting legs is 6.5", we are fixing the photos on the website and I'll post an link when available.

Chris@CoralVue,

Are there any customer replaceable parts in the Razor just like the P-Series? I'm trying to get the right fixture over a standard 125g with center brace in a SPS tank. Hard time to make a decision these days.

I have a 24x24x24 cube, I'm looking to replace my 250w mh, would the 120w or 160w version be better? I keep sps and clams.

I'd like the 160w version and I guess I'll sawzall the extra 3" off since it's going in a canopy?

I would go with the 120 watt 20.5" Razor, you'll ruin the light if you use a sawzall on it.

Pre-Ordered Razor 160W 16000k and it is being dropped shipped directly to me. Should they start shipping today? Where are they shipping from. Anxiously awaiting... =)

The Razors do not have the customization that is available with the Mazarras. What are the dimensions of your 120gal?
