Hello!
I received my order today (29 gallon no-hermit Quick Crew and some macros via priority mail) and thank you sooo much for all the extra snails! I am amazed despite your excellent reputation. The box was a bit beat up (thanks to USPS...) but none of the bags were broken or had leaked. Snails are already movin' and groovin'. I hope the macros all make it, but so far, so good from what I can tell. Thanks again, John! I am a very happy customer.
