Triton R2 - small experience and questions

I use Triton R2 about 1 week. Looks fine, work excellent

But I have some question:

Current temperature of led is 69.9, but fun is not switch on. Is it normal?

Current firmware version is r2v3h1. Is it last version ? Where I can find and download more new firmware?

In my current version of software( both MAC & PC) for triton r2 I see what colour settings menu have only only 8 channel settings (not 9). Where I can find and download latest version of software?

Br, Vladimir. Sorry for my English

Wow 69.6 Celsius is equivalent to 157 degree fahrenheit which is extremely warm. My Metis XM does not go over 41 Celsius.
Vladimir, I'm pretty sure your fans should be on if the temperature display is correct.

Hello Vladimir,
Please contact with us directly - work (at) pacific-sun.eu - its too high temperature.
There are two independent sensors inside lamp - first one read temperature and give that info to main processor - second one - is responsible for controlling fan speed.
So - we have to check where problem is placed - we are wait for your mail.
Thanks.

Regards

Przemek

I just got mine last saturday for the software i use the one on cd that was with the master unit.

It got the 9 channels.

I tested it for a couple of hours at 50-100% and the max temp i got was 31.8 degrees.

Hello Vladimir,
I think that probably yoi have used software/firmware for 8ch lamp - Metis Hyperion R2
That could be a reason why you have only 8 channels on app.

Software/Drivers for Windows 7/XP/Vista for Tritons R2(9ch):
Latest software for Triton R2 (Bali Revision): http://www.pacific-sun.eu/download/T...i_Revision.rar
Latest firmware for Triton R2 - http://www.pacific-sun.eu/download/T...i_revision.bin

Mac OS X for Triton will be released in this week.
