One-part polyurethane on plywood tank?

I wonder if this can be used on a marine tank?

I know it can be used on fresh water tanks. This is normally used for pond and water storage tank construction.
Something like Impermax

I m building a 4000 l plywood tank. The bottom and sides are coated with several layers of glass fiber and epoxy.
I made the misstake to add internal bracing in the corners. It is impossible to coat this without air bubbles.

I know polyurethane is used in zoos and aquaria but if i revalidatie these are normally 2-part coatings.

Just found out that Impermax QC used in construction isvhas 'strong resistance to permanent contact' with a saturated saline solution.
So i guess Impermax could be used.

I'm sure the poly tank liners would be fine but I don't understand why you can't just use epoxy. If it's too thin, just add a thickener until it'll do what you want. Do a few coats to avoid pinholes from bubbles and you're all set.

The glass mat 220 g is difficult to lay without flaws over the internal braces.

Tomorrow I ll do some sanding and asses the situation

I wouldn't worry about having glass mat on every surface, just coat with the plain epoxy.

If you want the glass, I would cut it in precise strips so you're not folding over the corners or seams. It should lay flat just fine as long as you're not trying to form it over a corner.
