Ganged Air Valve Base (3D print)
This is a base to hold the Pawfly 5-Way Aquarium Air Flow Control Lever Valve Distributor Splitter available from many places, including: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073CST36X
I modeled the valve set then subtracted it from a solid, making a socket. I set the top of the block just above the centerline of the horizontal pipe, so that it clicks in to place for a solid friction fit. ![]() ![]() ![]() The fit ended up a bit too snug, so I heated up the base with a heat gun and was able to easily press in the valve. It was snug, but I was concerned that it would fall out when I was pulling on the hoses, so I siliconed it in. Should be solid now. ![]() ![]() Fits #6 FH wood screws.
