So I am going to build a refugium sump for my 46 gal tank. As of right now, I have a small wet/dry filter. I am looking for designs for refugiums. Please help me out, I will have a 20 gallon long tank to use. Please help!!

The simple 3-chamber design works well and is fairly common. There are variations on the design where you have Skimmer, Fuge, Return -or- Fuge, Skimmer, Return -or- Skimmer and Fuge on the ends, with a Return in the middle. Just make sure the comartments are large enough to fit the equipment you intend to use. This might give you some ideas: http://gmacreef.com/reef-aquarium-sump-tank-design/
