That doesn't look like ls17 tubing. If it's for koamer then is probably small in diameter.

What would happen if I used ls 17 tubing in an ls24 head?

Nothing but less money in your wallet. Heads are either tubing specific or tubing series specific. It wont work.

I'm currently using Cole palmer tubing. Its only lasting around a month and im ready to buy the pharmed tubing.

LS15 #96410-15

ID - 4.70mm - 3/16" - .184"
OD - 9.52mm - 3/8" - .375"
WT - 2.38mm - 3/32" - .094"

#57319 - .065 smaller OD - perfect ID match - .31 smaller wall thickness
ID - .187
OD - .31
WT - .063

#57320 - Perfect OD match .066 larger ID .031 smaller WALL
ID - .25
OD - .375
WT - .063

I couldn't find the numbers for the colepalmer ls17 to compare the variance. Neither is a perfect match, which is more important... ID or OD? I might just order both. How will I know if its not a fit? Will it not work at all? inconsistent? premature failure?

Thank you!

So what you guys are using is a perfect match. I have a feeling neither of these will work =/

Thank you for the response!

I have family in Canada and they run into this often. Do you have any friends in family in the states? They have stuff mailed to us and we forward it to them.

Getting really frustrated with my reactor. It was dead on throughout winter but now hot weather has been hitting California. My ph shot up and the outgoing pressure on my regulated dropped as well. Even when I tried to let more co2 through the output needle wouldn’t budge. I really believe it was the temp change that caused everything to go whack. Any ideas??

Temp change can impact the tanks pH and the Co2 tank pressure. You Co2 tank is either getting low or you need to adjust the output pressure slightly. That or recalibrate your reactor pH probe.

Anyone familiar with a code P?0 and unit failure? 7550-60 stopped working and showed code P?0. Upon inspection the Belt had snapped. I replaced the belt and replaced brushes while i was at it. Repowered and still not working - shows P?0. Unit does not respond to any buttons. So far no one knowledgeable at cole palmer tech support. Thanks!!!

I identified the P?0 code had to do with local/remote control setting and fixed that

Now i find that the belt wheel has some play on the shaft (moving belt closer/further to the head)

The belt wheel tends to move further from the head therefore the male end of head is not contacting the belt wheel

Looks like if there were a bushing in the belt wheel shaft it would hold the wheel to the head , but there is no such bushing.

Please look at the pics. Is the male end of this head worn down? Pica show amount of play in belt wheel.
