JB clearweld

Does anyone know if JB clearweld 2 part epoxy is safe once cured? I'm not talking about the waterweld because I know that is safe. I'm in the process of creating a foam rock wall and need an epoxy to seal it up, preferably something from Lowes or home depot. I've searched and can't seem to find a definitive answer on what to get. Thanks!
