How Long?

How long would you wait while putting a new RODI system online to see when the TDS clears?
Mine has been running without the DI resin for one hour now and TDS is still over 200.
I have one stage sediment filter, two carbon followed by 90 GPD RO filter.
The PSI is 60.

Is there something missing? Did I screw something up?

Sounds like membrane problems, make sure it is pushed all the way, there are o rings so it requires some extra oomph.
Then check your ratio of product to waste, it should be around 4-1 waste to product.
If that does not solve it then check with the seller & explain your problems & what you have done.

You nailed it. Like an idiot, I put the membrane in backwards. I should have realized when the water was flying out of both waste and product lines. Flipped it, now my TDS is creeping down.

Thanks
