I don't like crowded tanks but I do love corals. My sand bed is usually a little more open, in those pics I have frags on the sand that I'm selling. I'm trying to get a frag tank going that will be plumbed into this system. Can't wait!

Thanks guys. The blue one is a ORA blue tort and the big one behind it is a ORA scripps stag. That stag grows like a weed and it has grown over half way around the tort. I frag it all the time, I actually give free frags of it away. The one just to the right is ORA orange digi that has some of its polyps retracted in the pic and just found out the problem with it the other day. I had two nano streams blowing at each other from opposite sides of the tank and coming together right at the digi. It did not like that. Live and learn!

Oh man Emster that is REALLY nice... Chad said you had an incredible tank. I like the Maple too. How many Nanostreams do you have in there? Got some specs on that? How long have you had that tank running?

That reminds me I have to get Chad a frag of that stag. He's got a nice tank too, his zoas are awesome. I got 3 nanos in there two 6025's and a 6045. Also have two sea swirls with about 900gph going though them. The tank is just over two years old. I let my halides get old on me because I could not find the aquaconnects anywhere, but i found some recently and the growth is starting to come back especially on the tort.

Great pics! Nice to see that the ORA blue tort will grow so stag like....I was worried I got another super bushy coral, judging from the shape of the frag Did yours require excessive pruning to achieve that shape?

Do you have plants and sand in your sump? Are your Tunzes on a controller? Describe your system perameters. As for your light, what is your photo period? I have a 90 gallon that is 6 months old. I can't wait until it matures.

Well not everything is in the stand : )

This is in the garage right behind the tank. The big barrel up top is for RO/DI water. The 20 gallon tank below that is for mixed up salt water. It is all gravity fed, for a water change all I have to do is turn some valves and I'm done. I have a waste line to the street under the drive and yard. No buckets.

dobly- no sand or plants in sump. Tunzes are on a timer. The two 6025 are on during the day and the 6045 is on at night. My photo period is.....

One 110watt VHO super actinic and two 55watt PC 03 actinics on at 10:00am and off at 10:00pm(12 hours)

two 55watt PC 10K's on at 11:00am and off at 5:00pm (6 hours).

Two 250watt SE aquaconnects 14k's on at 5:00pm and off at 10:00pm.(5 hours) These bulbs are new so in a week I will probably go up to 6 hours and has they age maybe go up to 7.5

Another pic...
