Beautiful tank. I really like the back wall and pillar rockwork! Whats the current list of inhabitants?(if that can even be guesstimated hahaha)

It's been a long while since I tried to count all the fish.

I would say about 12-15 tangs all good size
wrasses
anthias
clowns
man the list goes on. I have a pretty good size skimmer that keeps up with it.

Thanks for the compliment!

You should tear it all down and restart so I can catch up with you! Awesome growth man. Thank goodness you saved room for a few corals. I have some for you, just haven't been able to make your way lately...

I don't know man, I think JJ's tank has received enough of your donations. You should bring the new stuff my way instead!

I agree that it is getting close to tear down time. In 9-12 months JJ won't be able to get inside that thing. Next thing you know he will be ordering up some straight from Africa pygmey off ebay. He'll dunk that little guy in the tank by his feet and tell him he's not coming up for air until the front panel has been scraped.

Awesome as always JJ. I have many pieces of those beautiful corals growing well, thanks again. Oh and still undetectable nitrates, thanks for that as well!

Did you make the panels on the back wall or purchase them somewhere?

Robyn, Please share how to nominate JJ for TOTM if it is different than just posting to the link Brad gave.

FYI, once someone has nominated it, we are aware of the situation. If you all want to send in nominations, that's fine but redundant. I'm not trying to spread green hair algae on your live rock*, just letting you know.

At the base of every TOTM article, there is a button you can click on to nominate a tank. And in the very first post of the TOTM thread that appears each month in Reef Discussion, that same button is there. Click on the button to submit the tank you found worthy.

Be sure to not only name the person, but also include a link to the thread with pictures that moved you to action.

* words changed to fit our hobby.

I think, for TOTM status, it would be best to post a current tank shot.

I have a couple of questions for you. It looks like you are bare bottom but it looks dark? What is your bottom substrate?
I am amazed by the variety of fish and the color that it adds to the "whole picture". Care to tell us what fish you have in your very pretty tank? (I hope the word pretty doesn't offend you here!)
