Jman77's 150g Build
Alright guys, my new tank build has finally started !
The tank is going to be a Perfecto 150g (48 L x 24 W x 30 H) tank. Stand, sump, canopy, are all going to be DIY. Still not sure what lighting i'm going to go with, as well as what PS i'm going with... but, heck, at least the stand is a start ![]() Ah the start, it's always the worst. ![]() Here is the frame... still debating on whether to skin it with plywood... i know it will be an overkill, but wood is cheap, and and it helps me sleep ,lol ![]() ![]() |

So far looks very sturdy. Are you upgrading the 58 or is this in addition to. Also, what kind of beer bottle is that on the table. I couldnt recognize it.

Hi drives300,
This is an upgrade... i'm converting the 58 to freshishwater ![]() Her are some udated pics of the stand skinned in 3/4 ply. The stand will have 3 doors. 1 in the front and 1 on each side for easy access to the sump. 'm going to probably add the trim and fleckstone the stand in another week or so..... ![]() ![]() ![]() I know ...I know ... the stand could prob hold up my car...lol |
