My New Frogspawn (PICS)
Here's my new frogspawn that I got yesterday from LiveAquaria's Divers Den.
I originally had it mid level in my aquarium on a rock, but it was getting way too much flow, so I moved it down to the sand bed. Will it be ok down there? It is getting much more gentle flow down there and looks good so far. Some of the tentacles are touching the sandbed, is that ok?

Nice! just make sure the actual heads and the flesh on them in particular aren't buried. The tents can touch.

nice FS. It can live down there I suppose. If your lighting is strog enough, it should be fine. I find mine likes lower third to halfway up. But good decision to move based on the flow.
If you can arrange it so it's tentacles/polyps aren't dragging on rocks or substrate, that would be ideal and prevent risk of injury and infection. |

It is a macroalgae growing on the skeleton. I would pull it off because it can get quite large and irritate the coral.
