I rearranged the right side of the tank placing the Elegance coral frags in the rocks and moving my Cynarina to the ground where he is happier with the lower flow.

My very tiny little elegance frag is growing surprisingly fast so far and is now slightly smaller than the size of a quarter. Not only is the existing tissue expanding, but he's even grown new tissue and new tentacles that you can see in the photograph on his lower right side. It looks like he is trying to complete the disk, it will be interesting to see if that's a mouth developing in the middle.

This is what he looked like initially after inadvertantly chipping off when I was fragging my elegance into three pieces, smaller than a dime in this photograph:

and this is what he looks like now:

I've now sold two of the three larger elegance frags. Here is a updated family photo showing the tiny little guy in the bottom left, the remaining elegance frag in the top middle and my other unfragged elegance at home on the top right.

Wow very beautiful nano!

I really love the elegance corals. I would have one, but my 120 is just too high flow, and my 24g nanocube is too much of a mess to add another coral to.

It sure looks like a bubble with a lot nicer colour when it's all puffed up like that, but its actually a Cynarina coral.

Pretty simple and clean setup:

Lighting
Two T5 HO fixtures each with two tubes under a shared reflector. One a GLO canopy and one a Current USA canopy. Each tube is 24 watts, so tank total with all four T5 HO tubes is a nice energy friendly and cool 98 watts. Two are actinics tubes plus one 10,000K tube and one 6500K tube providing a broad spectra that the corals and clam seem to love and thrive in.

Filteration/Flow
No sump or overflow, just a self contained tank. 25% water change every two weeks.

Flow is pretty simple too, one Maxi-Jet 900 in the right corner. Another Maxi-Jet 900 powers a Aqua C Nano Remora Protein Skimmer in the left corner. Mild flow because LPS corals really don't like high flow blowing them around.

Very nice LPS tank

It's good to see a simple setup with a defined emphasis.
