How many tables do you expect to sell, and how many people do you average in attendance?

We don't sell tables yet, we just let people show up and set up. The money we earn is from entrance fees and raffle tickets. If my memory serves correct, we had over 200 people last year. But, I have slept since then. we currently have over 3000 bucks worth of donated items for the raffle. We get a really good turnout usually, new venue this year, so we are all excited. Next year we are hoping to couple everything with a couple of speakers and start getting closer to an actual conference type setting.

We don't sell tables--any hobbyist can buy, sell and trade. We are still soliciting livestock vendors.

More details will follow as we get things finalized.

That is awesome. I can't wait. That is the weekend after my birthday, so i already told the wife to get a sitter and we would go to the swap and then to the Ram for dinner.

Members get in free. The admission fee for non-members is $5.00

Yep, there's a Paypal link on the top leftside of the page. It's $21 via Paypal ($1.00 processing fee)
