Proflex 1 sump on 65G?

Planning on a RR 50-65 gallon hopefully. Scored a Proflex for $94, wanted the model 3 but really want to be able to pull/replace sump without having to drain everything in DT if it comes down to it.

Can I pull this off? Worked great on a 54 corner with sca301 skimmer and dc6000 return.
