1" bulkhead
I just set up my girlfriends tank that we bought from Robert. Great deal and great tank. Just the bulk heads are not so great. GOt the drain to seal, but the return is still leaking after messing with it three times now. Does anyone have a bulkhead that is not chinese that they would like to sell? Thanks, Dan

You can try Rampart on N Union or ABC plumbing on Fillmore.

also make sure the gasket is against the bulk and not the bulk nut, if so it will leak around the threads. I get bulks from www.aquaticeco.com they sell cheap mid & high quality PVC ones if you really want the best

I have the gasket on the top part of the fitting. This bulkhead is a little different then normal. A Mr Aqua bulkhead. I teflon taped the threads also. Still leaks from the underside. The holes are not the right side. POOR quality build. The holes are either to tight or loose. I was able to make 3 out of 4 seal. I am just going to get a better bulkhead. Thanks for the help. Dan Russ the Green Birds nest looks awesome under actinics, and yes also in my acrylic tank. lol

May be simple but try tightening it up again after the water reaches room temperature. Mine had that deal going on.

I did that too. TJ ( the Haj) just came by my house and gave me one and some plugs for frags. Thanks TJ. Let me know how the frags turn out for you.
