do 20k bulbs help coral growth of just give the nice blue look?

do 20k bulbs help coral growth or just give the nice blue look?
or would 10k,14k bulbs be better and suppliment with an antinic?

It helps with color, 10K is better for growth

at ti said 10,000k will give better growth the lower the kelvin the faster the growth but it has been proven that antinic lights do help in growth so i would recommend VHO's for that but MH for the light.
