Maybe could be at Nature Aquarium.

There is one big event this coming sat and sunday OCT 25-26 called Reefapalooza., Nature Aquarium is a fish store right? ... Do they have nice corals?

RAP is a bit far... OC I think.
Yes Nature Aquarium is on Santa Monica and Yale, next to the awesome Mahi Mahi restaurent. Nature is mostly FW, with tons of plants, but has a few SW fish and nano corals. |

Well the RAP has their own site. But a West LA event does not exist yet. Not sure why.
Would be a great way to get newcomers to get their first tank ("ready-to-go 8g softie nano's" for $199) |

I consider Nature Aquarium as a store that specializes in FW planted tanks that carries some sw fish.
The Aquarium in Culver City is probably the best sw reefer store on the west side. They have periodic sales where they go all out and invite manufactures and vendors, have an outdoor tent, BBQ hot dogs and stuff in their parking lot. Maybe you can piggy back off of them.

Have not been there in a few years, but really liked it then.
Another option might the the public aquarium under the SM pier. |
